Berry Kale Maca Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups frozen mixed berries
  • 2 cups frozen chopped kale (can use fresh as well)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free kefir
  • 1 1/2 tbsp maca powder
  • Raspberry Kale Maca LivBar to top
  • Fresh berries to top - optional

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until completely smooth.
