Cherry Sorbet with Dairy Free Lemongrass Whipped Cream

This Cherry Sorbet and Lemongrass Whipped Cream came together in just over an hour and is as refreshing as can be. In the midst of a truly hot summer, it’s a privilege to enjoy! The cherry sorbet is cool, fresh, tart, and almost tastes straight from the tropics. This is also thanks to a blend of coconut cream, lemongrass paste, and maple syrup for sweetness— It’s all simply whipped into a smooth whipped cream to serve on top.

Lemongrass paste can be easily found in the produce section of most grocery stores (and really completes the flavors of this dessert!). A dollop of the cream on top of the cherry sorbet results in a tasty contrast of textures and flavors in every bite.
