Dairy Free Cheesecake Dip
8 oz dairy-free cream cheese, softened
2-4 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extracts
1 9oz container dairy-free cool whip - we love SoDelicious
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and 2 tbsp maple syrup until smooth. There should be no lumps. Stir in the vanilla.
Carefully fold in 1 container of dairy-free cool whip. Taste and fold in more maple syrup for a sweeter dip. Once combined, let chill for about 1 hour before serving.
Serve with strawberries and freshly cut LivBars for dipping
