INGREDIENTS

  • 3 packages of gluten free ramen noodles⁠ (we like King Soba brand and Lotus Foods brand)
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup tamari
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp sriracha
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced⁠
  • 3 tsp cilantro
  • 2 large carrots, chopped⁠
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped⁠
  • 1 half lemon, sliced⁠
  • 1 Ginger Lemon Turmeric LivBar⁠


INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook ramen noodles, without seasoning packet, and set aside⁠
  2. Heat sesame oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add in garlic, stirring constantly for 2 minutes⁠
  3. Remove pan from heat and whisk in tamari, coconut sugar, and sriracha until well combined⁠
  4. Toss noodles with sauce, carrots, broccoli, and cilantro⁠
