This quick and easy smoothie bowl recipe is a delicious blend of flavors and results in a slightly creamy consistency (thanks, banana!). It’s perfect for smoothie bowls because of its bright pink color from pitaya powder, which brings only subtle flavors. That means you can pile all the toppings you want on top! In addition to a LivBar of your choice, some examples for toppings include coconut flakes, chopped nuts, seeds, and fruit.
Rather than those prepackaged smoothies that are lowkey loaded with added sugar, LivBar encourages you to opt for recipes like these. Homemade foods made with whole, unprocessed ingredients like fruit and seeds are better for your health and rewarding to prepare and enjoy.
Pitaya, also known as dragon fruit, is often bright pink but subtle in flavor and an excellent addition to this smoothie bowl. Slightly tart from raspberries but sweet thanks to that banana, pitaya powder balances those flavors and makes this delicious snack or breakfast picture-perfect and IG-ready.
