Salted Maple Pumpkin Spice Latte
Here at LivBar, we feel it wouldn't be right if we didn't create our own version of a pumpkin spice latte - after all, it is fall! We are big coffee fans and love creating new drinks with some of our favorite ingredients. This recipe is inspired by our Coffee Maple Cacao LivBar and we promise you this will not disappoint!

A classic PSL found at coffee chains is usually packed with a lot of sugar and unnecessary ingredients. For our version we use pure maple syrup for sweetener, dairy free milk, and 100% pure pumpkin. Our secret ingredient for this latte is a pinch of sea salt. Adding a tad of sea salt brings out the sweetness of the maple and the flavors of pumpkin spice. The result is a creamy, rich, refined sugar free latte that will keep you coming back for more. Did we mention it's vegan?!
Salted Maple Vegan Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 4 oz strongly brewed coffee or espresso
- 4 oz dairy-free milk of choice, steamed
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp 100% pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- Pinch of sea salt
- Add all of the ingredients into a heat-safe blender.
- Blend on high for about 1 minute until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a mug, sprinkle with more pumpkin pie spice if desired and enjoy.
