Not only is it super quick and easy to make, but you only need a few ingredients. These Chocolate Covered Strawberries with LivBar Crumble are so simple and delicious that you may be tempted to enjoy them on the regular from now on!

We love dark chocolate for its robust health benefits and rich taste that complements fresh, tart berries perfectly. Any chocolate is sure to taste amazing when drizzled over fresh berries!

After melting each type of chocolate individually in a double boiler or microwave, get to dipping! Then top with your favorite LivBar for that special element of texture and favor. We used the Coffee Maple Cacao LivBar because it has cacao in it. If you want to get even more creative with the toppings, go for it with extras like crushed nuts or Paleo Caramel Sauce. Make sure to add the crumbled LivBar and any solid toppings when the chocolate is still liquid, then allow them to firm up in the refrigerator before enjoying.

 Valentine's Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Ingredients

  • Dairy-free white chocolate
  • Dairy-free milk chocolate 
  • Dairy-free dark chocolate
  • 3 tsp coconut oil
  • 18 strawberries, washed and dried
  • LivBar of choice to crumble on top

Directions

  1. Prepare a double broiler and melt each chocolate separately with 1 tsp coconut oil until smooth & set aside. 
  2. Dip 6 strawberries into the white chocolate, 6 into the milk chocolate, and 6 into the dark chocolate. 
  3. Decorate and top the strawberries immediately. Drizzle with more chocolate and crumbled LivBar.
  4. Let harden in the fridge then serve!
