We love this recipe because it is versatile and you can dip absolutely anything you want into this chocolate - it's that good. We decided to use marshmallows, graham crackers (the same ones we use in our mini s'mores recipe), an assortment of fresh berries, nuts, banana and of course, LivBars. We are big fans of charcuterie boards as is, so why not take it up a notch and create a dessert charcuterie?! It can't get much better than that.

For this recipe we used monk fruit and sugar free dark chocolate to sweeten the fondue so it is free from all added sugars to make it a little more guilt-free - that's a win in our opinion! To top it off this recipe is vegan and gluten-free, making it a great option for those with celiac disease or a gluten sensitivity. 

It's no secret that we love dark chocolate - we use it in many of our recipes! It's obvious that it tastes amazing, but we are fans because high quality dark chocolate has a lot of health benefits as well. When you consume moderate amounts of high percentage dark chocolate, it has the potential to reduce the risk of heart disease, improve brain function, and aid in providing your body with many antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.
