Outdoor Sports Vertical

If you have an authentic background in outdoor sports events - marathon, cycling, triathlons, etc. We’re looking for someone to build and head up that group.

You must be high energy with an infectious personality.

You will be responsible for determining which events we should attend in Portland and beyond. You will coordinate our participation, recruit volunteers for booths, manage setup & breakdown, coordinate people with LivBar backpacks running through the crowds handing out samples and whatever other gorilla marketing you can think of.

You will also be responsible for the social media message in each area mentioned above, social media buying, and develop partnerships with blogs, review sites, and influencers.

P&L responsibility. If you think you can “make-it-happen,” this is the job for you.

 

K-12 Program

In a similar way to the position above you will own the K-12 sector helping to develop a regional then national program selling into this vertical. Traction has already been established and it will be your job to build the program and work directly with the schools. Contacts in this space will be very helpful.

 

Management/Ops/Sales Support/Office Coordinator

This person will be a multi-skilled hero utility player to support the CEO, Marketing & Ops Director, and Channel Sales Director.

You will need excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to handle deadlines, manage paperwork/forms/invoices/following up with brokers and distributors, and work in a rapid paced, fun environment. No project is too big or small.

 

Channel Sales

Requires experience selling consumer packaged goods (CPG) into distributors, brokers, and retailers. This position reports to the actively selling Channel Sales Director. Experience with KeHE, DPI, and UNFI a plus.

This is a base + commission position and you will be rewarded for your wins! Everyone who tries our product loves it, but it’s a misnomer that a product sells itself, there is always a hero behind the curtain. Is that hero you?!

 

Marketing Manager

Requires experience and a successful track record of building brand awareness and driving significant sales growth through social media, website, and event marketing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Website management (updates, weekly blog posts, SEO, Google Analytics, Adwords, increasing sales - Shopify experience a plus)
  • Social media (daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, analytics reports, and increasing sales)
  • Influencer Program Building (finding and communicating with influencers, tracking efforts, and driving sales)
  • Project manager for sourcing creative content (pictures, videos, banners, print materials, branded event materials) - basic photoshop skill required; advanced skills a plus
  • Assisting the Marketing and Operations Director as needed on specific initiatives (press releases, events, etc.)
